Our whitewater season in Arizona runs early March through mid-May, water permitting. The Salt River is not dam controlled and runoff relies purely upon snowpack and subsequent snowmelt runoff. Peak flows on the Salt River, during an average year, are between the second week of March and the first week of April. The Salt River becomes too low to raft during the hot summer months in Arizona – so join us during the spring on this truly unique gem of river!
We are now accepting reservations for the Salt River! The 2019 Salt River season will start on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Please plan on joining us!
